Luisa Brenta serves clients as
a group facilitator
Group facilitation supports a team towards a common goal, or throughout a common task, such as, e.g.
- Creating innovative solutions for a practical problem
- Negotiating shared-responsibility decisions
- Resolving current conflicts
- Improving team communication throughout a common task
It is the group that chooses the objectives and carries responsibility for their achievement; the facilitator restricts himself to the role of a catalyst, and manages the process - rather than the contents of group work - both through specific techniques and throughout the intricacies of group dynamics.
Facilitation does not have as explicit a didactic goal as training: it applies to immediate, actual tasks at hand and gives priority to tangible single-session outputs.
